A native of Baltimore, Maryland. A Young Women of faith at a very early age, who has chosen to pursue her God-given potential by maximizing her purpose by any means necessary. A graduate of Western High School; Senior Class President, who has earned her Master of Science Degree in Human Services Administration; with a Concentration in Health Care from the University of Baltimore/Coppin State University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science from Coppin State University. Pastor Jewel is a member of the Tau Upsilon Alpha National Honor Society for Human Services Administration. She is a Member of Celebrate Life, Inc. and a Proud Board Member of the UKE Dynasty Charm School for Girls. Pastor Jewel is the Founder/Director of For Women Only, Inc. an organization geared to the empowerment for women, and after being diagnosed with Stage 3 Inflammatory Breast cancer in April 2021 she is now the Founder/Co-Director and Face of the “JStrong” Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation; where she has been blazing a testimonial trail and providing hope to others.

 

She also attended the Apostolic Bible Institution with a concentration in Biblical Studies.  She has furthered her Religious Studies, by obtaining in May of 2016 a 2nd Master’s Degree in Theology from Palmer Theological Seminary. Pastor J plans to continue to further her Religious Studies by pursuing her Doctoral Degree with a focus on Pastoral Counseling. Ordained Pastor in July 2015 under the Spiritual Covering of Apostle Dr. Karen S Bethea of Set the Captives Free Outreach Center. Pastor Jewel Allen along with her husband serves as the Servant Leader/Senior Pastor of Liberty Outreach Center Church in Baltimore, MD.

In all of this, Pastor Jewel shares her many accomplishments with her wonderful Husband Pastor Terry “Teajai” (TJ) Allen, Jr., their Beautiful Daughter Taejai (Ty-Jay) Allen, Promised Son Teajai (TJ) Jeremiah Allen, and added Gift Son Tabari Josiah Allen. Pastor Jewel is a highly sought after speaker with her own unique, dynamic style, which uplifts, empowers and motivates others to a place of change and true transformation all of which has come as a direct result of the many challenges she has faced. Her greatest desire is to see lives transformed to be “Christ Centered” through the Word of God by the Power of Jesus Christ.
